Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery of the product. If 14 days have gone by since your product has been delivered, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, it needs to be in accordance to the following criteria:
- The goods must be unused.
- Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
- Return request must be logged within 14 dates from date or delivery and reach our offices within 30 days from the original delivery date.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are regarded as sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Goods not eligible for a refund will be clearly stipulated when purchasing the product.
All goods come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply log the return request with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (delivery costs are non-refundable). Re-shipping charge for alternative products lies with the customer.
AwesomeDealz Enterprises South Africa (Pty) Ltd will only be eligible for the return cost if:
- Order placed is different to what was received.
- Products received are defective.
Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier or via postnet (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 working days via bank transfer to your designated South African bank account.
